Stick it Down double page inspiration

It's time for more inspiration from the double page team at Stick it Down this month.

I made this layout:

And here is the sketch:

I have had fun using different media on this double page. I have used stamps, stensils, paints and mists for the background.
I used a dark color on my title and highlighted it with a white pen.

For embellishing I used some dies, a cactus and an filmstrip,

and a chipboard from Creative Embellishment, colored with gesso and some Prima Art sugar.

I told the story about the Cactus garden.

The mists I've used on this layout are from Lindy's Stamp Gang and with the stensil have I used paints from Art Anthology.
